Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through nataliehardy.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions please contact me before purchasing.

These terms do not constitute legal advice. They were last updated in June 2026.

About me

This website is operated by Natalie Hardy (trading as Natalie Hardy Printmaking), based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. You can contact me at info@nataliehardy.co.uk or via my contact page.

Placing an order

When you place an order through this website, you are making an offer to purchase a print. The contract between us is formed when I accept your order by processing payment.

All prints are original, hand-carved woodblock prints produced in limited editions. I reserve the right to decline an order if a print is no longer available.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

Payment is processed securely via SumUp. I do not store your card details.

Product descriptions

I make every effort to ensure that images and descriptions of my prints are accurate. Due to the handmade nature of woodblock printing, each print in an edition may have very subtle variations — this is part of what makes each one unique. Colours may also appear slightly different on screen compared to in person.

Delivery

Please see my Delivery & Returns page for full details of delivery timescales, costs, and returns information.

Cancellation and returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your print, without giving a reason. Please see my Delivery & Returns page for full details.

My liability

I am liable to you for any loss or damage caused by my negligence or breach of these terms, but I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
