Delivery & Returns
Delivery
All prints are carefully packaged flat and posted via Royal Mail recorded delivery (2nd Class).
Delivery cost: £7.00 flat rate for all UK orders.
Timescales: Orders are usually posted within a few working days. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery after dispatch. A tracking link will be emailed to you when your print has been posted.
Delivery area: I currently ship to UK addresses only.
Local collection: Free collection is available from Meanwood, Leeds (LS7). If you choose this option at checkout, I’ll email you to arrange a convenient time.
Returns
I want you to be happy with your print. If for any reason you’re not, you can return it under the terms below.
Your cancellation right: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your print, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact me to let me know.
Condition: Prints must be returned in their original condition — undamaged, unmarked, and in the packaging they were sent in (or equivalent protective packaging).
Return postage: The cost of returning the print is your responsibility. I recommend using a tracked and insured service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refund: Once I receive the returned print and confirm it is in its original condition, I will issue a full refund of the print price. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the print was faulty or not as described.
Refund timescale: Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned print and will be returned to the original payment method.
Faulty or damaged items: If your print arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with a photo of the damage. I will arrange a replacement or full refund including delivery costs.
